    4. The provision of data for the purposes listed in section 1 is optional. However, if you should refuse to provide such data, it will be impossible to take into consideration your proposal for collaboration.

Your personal data will be processed not only by the Data Controller and the Data Processor but also by the parties in charge of processing, i.e. employees of L'Erbolario and its collaborators for the purposes listed in section 1 and only after the Data Processor has appointed those in charge of processing, including specific instructions required for compliance with the regulation concerning the protection of personal data, with particular reference to security aspects.
    9. At any time, you may exercise your rights towards the Data Controller, pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no.196/2003, which, for your convenience, can be found below in full:

      Art. 7 - Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Right to access personal data and other rights

      1. Data subjects are entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data, even if not yet registered, and to their notification in intelligible form.
      2. Data subjects are entitled to obtain information on:
        a) the origin of personal data;
        b) the purposes and methods of processing;
        c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the use of electronic tools;
        d) the identity of the Data Controller, of the Data Processor and of the representative in charge pursuant to Art. 5, paragraph 2;
        e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may learn about it in the role of representative appointed within the country, as well as those responsible or in charge.
      3. Data subjects are entitled to obtain:
        a) the updating, correction or, when interested, the integration of data;
        b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of the data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
        c) confirmation that the operations specified in letters a) and b) have been notified, also with regard to their content, to those to whom the data was notified or disclosed, unless this fulfilment proves to be impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means in relation to the protected right.
      4. The data subject is entitled to fully or partially oppose:
        a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of data collection;
        b) to the processing of personal data for purposes such as sending advertising materials, for direct sales, for carrying out market research or for business communications.
